Teton Outing Club properties are for people who live their lives around time outside. We offer townhome residences designed with gear storage, a library to plan trips, and spaces to recover and reflect when the day is over.

The Teton Outing Club properties were a former development site on Ski Hill Road. The developers acquired land and started designing what will, by 2027, be an uparraleled property, complete with townhome residences, gear storage, places to plan trips, and spaces to recover and reflect upon returning home.

Its facilities are designed for the practical needs of being outside, from storing gear to meeting before a trip to returning home to accommodations and to resting and reflecting.

The community was born from the belief that access to wild spaces, paired with a culture of stewardship, strengthens both the individual and the community.
